ARUMA – is a natural malbec, made from the best mixes of grapes from the best terroirs of the Mendosa region. “Aruma” means “night” in Quechuan. The name is related with the dark Andes mountains during the night time and with the fresh mountain air: the wines have the same rich and authentic character, just like their terroirs. The grapes are collected by hand, then carefully selected, and finally are filtered and grinded before being placed into a volume with stainless steel for fermentation. The traditional process of wine making consists in pumping and restoration. The general time of maceration is between 12 to 15 days.
Aruma is maintained in containers, for it to save its distinctive fruit style and given the opportunity to feel the characteristics of the Malbek class.
