Natural cool climate with cold nights and with moderate day temperatures
provides great climate for growing grapes, especially Sovilion Blan,
from which an elegant and perfectly balanced wine, Fransola is produced.
Partly fermentation and except on drafts happens within 8 months in new
barrels from American and French oak trees. The wine will develop in the
bottle within 3-5 years after bottling.
Fransola has repeatedly received higher awards on international
contests, including gold medals in the “Challenge International du Vin”
in France and “Expovina” in Switzerland.
