Grapes for making the “Garuma” Sauvignon Blanc wine, which are a part of the wines in the “Single Vineyard, are grown in the vineyard “Garuma”, located near the Pacific Ocean. The harvest is collected early in the morning by hand-picking methods in three steps. To gurantee quality, the wine is carefully sorted, and are exposed to soft pressing and the juice is cooled to 8°C. The wine “Garuma” Sauvignon Blanc was awarded a bronze medal on the contest “International Wine Challenge” and got the “Regional Trophy” in the “Decanter World Wine Awards” contest in the year 2012.
